Do you have props and/or models?

Yes, we do! We have a huge variety of props and models to fit just about any atmosphere and demographic you could imagine.

What is your turnaround time?

This is dependent on workload and what the order entails, so we recommend contacting us for current timelines. If workload is low, we aim to wrap everything within 10 business days from the time your product arrives at our studio - or from the time an addition or change is requested (e.g. new photos or video added).

How involved am I in the process?

This is completely up to you. We have some clients who have very detailed requests, some that leave it all up to us, and many in the middle. The most important part on your end is to feed us as much information as you can in the second step of the process (filling out the product information form).

What are the steps of the process?

  1. Choose your package. DRIPPED has a variety of packages for whatever you need, so take a moment to find out what’s right for you. If you have any questions or if you feel you want something that you don’t see, reach out and we will be sure to take care of you.

  2. Fill out the product information form. After you choose your package, you’ll be prompted at checkout with a form where you can tell us about your product, your competition, your inspiration, and anything else we need to get started. This allows us to begin gathering the necessary props, models, scout the locations, and ensure every measure is taken to combine the best factors to optimally show off your product.

  3. Ship us your product. Finally, simply pack up your sample (usually at least one extra is optimal) and ship it to our studio. We are based in the USA, but international orders are gladly accepted, as we regularly receive product from suppliers globally.

Where do I ship my product sample?

After checkout, you will automatically be sent an email with instructions on where to send your product sample.

Can I have a consultation call to go over my project?

Yes, you can! Each package includes one optional consultation call where you can further tell us the specifics of what you need for your project.

Is the consultation call mandatory?

No, it’s not! If you are looking for a low-maintenance photo solution, all of the necessary information can be contained within the product information form, and there is no need for a call.

Can I have multiple variations within a single package?

Yes, you can! As long as the subject matter is the same - so we can use the same props, models, and styling - you can fit as many variations as you like within the parameters of the package. As an example, if you have a package with 14 photos, you could do 14 shots of 1 variation, 1 shot each for 14 variations, or any mix between those extremes!

Can I see the shotlist to confirm before the shoot starts?

Yes, you can, although the turnaround time starts after you confirm the shotlist if you decide to request one. To optimize efficiency, we recommend either sending us a shot list at the beginning (via the product information form) or let us shoot without providing one for confirmation.

Can I have sample shots or a visual presentation before the shoot?

No, we do not provide sample shots or any sort of visual presentation before the shoot. Many of the scenes, environments, models, etc. take quite a bit of time and money to create and stylize, so it is only cost effective for us to do this for the actual shoot. We recommend communicating beforehand to ensure the desired aesthetic is known (via the product knowledge form and the consultation - should you opt to have one). We are also happy to follow any brand guide or other information you have for us as well.

Do you provide the RAWs or extra photos?

No, we do not provide RAWs. As for extra images, each shot is planned and executed specifically according to a plan, so only the shots in the plan are brought from conception to a final edit. That said, if you have shots with infographics, we will provide you with two versions - one with and one without the infographic.

Do you do videos?

Yes, we do! We do modeled, model-free, original sfx, and narrated with voice actors, depending on which package you prefer.

Do you do copy?

No, we don’t - BUT - we are close with some very talented people who do at a fair price. If you are interested, just ask, and we can point you in their direction!

Do you do infographics?

Yes, we do! Just provide the product features and copy, and we can create the infographics for you - provided they are included in the package you choose.
